How will I be notified about my transaction dispute(s)?

Samsung Cash Prepaid Account Users


We will send timely correspondence to the account holder via email and U.S mail, with updates and/or the final resolution of the dispute claim. Timely notification is outlined by any applicable federal laws and regulation. Learn more about these regulations.

Please note: To file and dispute transactions made with a Samsung Cash MasterCard Rewards Card, customers may need to apply for and be approved for a Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Account. Once approved, please call (877) 688-7403 to file a dispute.
