What is Samsung Pay?

Instead of using your physical Samsung Rewards account, Samsung Pay lets you pay at most businesses where cards are accepted along with in-app purchases in participating apps. Samsung Pay uses Near Field Communication (NFC) and Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) to make contactless mobile payments. This allows for transactions virtually anywhere you can swipe or tap your card. Instead of using your actual card number, Samsung Pay creates a secure device account number that is passed to merchants for payment.
