How do I report my Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Account Debit Card lost or stolen?

You can report your Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Account card as lost or stolen directly from the Samsung Wallet app or by calling Samsung Cash Support.

In the app, go to your Samsung Cash account >Account details >select "Card details lost or stolen">confirm your request, and your card will be blocked to prevent unauthorized use.

To access this feature, you’ll first need to apply for Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Account card. Once your application is approved, you can easily report your card details as lost or stolen.
