How do I close my Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Rewards Card account?

You can close your Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Rewards Card.

Option 1: Close your Samsung Account (Self-service)

If you close your Samsung Account, your Rewards Card will also be closed automatically. You will see a warning before proceeding. Your card will be removed from the wallet, and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with program terms.

Option 2: Contact Samsung Cash Support (Keep Samsung Account active)

If you want to keep your Samsung Account but close only your Rewards Card, contact Samsung Cash Customer Support at (877) 688-7403. Your account will be closed and the card removed from the wallet, and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with program terms.
