What happens if the recipient I want to send money to via Online Transfer doesn't have a Samsung Cash account?

If the recipient does not have a Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Account, Online Transfer cannot be completed to them. Once they have created their Samsung Cash account and registered their phone number, you will be able to initiate an Online Transfer to them.
