What is Samsung Cash and do I need it to send money using Tap to Transfer or Online Transfer?

Samsung Cash is a Mastercard Prepaid Account issued through Samsung Wallet. Both Tap to Transfer and Online Transfer are exclusively available to Samsung Cash account holders. You must apply for and be approved for a Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Account before either feature becomes available to you.
