How long does the dispute investigation process take?

Samsung Cash Prepaid Account Users


The dispute investigation can take up to 45 days. If we are unable to reach a decision within 10 business days (20 business days for a new accounts) a provisional credit may be provided for the disputed transaction amount. A provisional credit is a temporary credit that may be applied to your account during the dispute investigation.

Please note: To file and dispute transactions made with a Samsung Cash MasterCard Rewards Card, customers may need to apply for and be approved for a Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Account. Once approved, please call (877) 688-7403 to file a dispute.
