Will I have access to my funds while my dispute is investigated?

Samsung Cash Prepaid Account Users


If you are disputing unauthorized activity on your card, we will make our best efforts to secure your funds by blocking or restricting your card. If your card has been blocked or restricted, we will provide access to your funds by issuing you a new card or a refund check for any remaining balance in your account.

Please note: To file and dispute transactions made with a Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Rewards Card, customers may need to apply for and be approved for a Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Account. Once approved, please call (877) 688-7403 to file a dispute.
