What else should I consider when filing a dispute?

Change your password if you see transactions you don't recognize to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

If the issue involves merchandise or service, often it is faster to contact the merchant that made the charge as they can cancel or reverse the transaction. If the merchant agrees to issue credit, ask them how long it will be until you see the credit on your account.

Please note: To file and dispute transactions made with a Samsung Cash MasterCard Rewards Card, customers may need to apply for and be approved for a Samsung Cash MasterCard Prepaid Account. Once approved, please call (877) 688-7403 to file a dispute.
