What is KYC verification and why do I need to complete it before using Tap to Transfer or Online Transfer?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required to activate your Samsung Cash Mastercard Prepaid Account and access money transfer features. It ensures compliance with financial regulations and helps protect your account from fraud. Until KYC verification is complete, Tap to Transfer and Online Transfer will not be available. You will be prompted to complete KYC the first time you attempt to access either feature.
